About the Role
This is an opportunity to experience a variety of manufacturing processes and grow into a career. Through this role, you can learn about heat treating, machine operations, coating applications, welding, warehousing, and more. Training will be provided in-house. This is a 2nd shift position, 3pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay safe.
- Produce quality work in every task.
- Load, unload, tacking, repair, maintain, weld, and drive a forklift.
- Continuously learn and assist in developing new techniques for new products.
- Self-inspect your work and work coming into your process.
- Communicate with team, leads, and management.
- Grow, learn, and advance in skill, taking on new duties.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in the USA.
- Basic math, geometry, and mechanical aptitude.
- Precision and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to control application tools precisely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for decision-making and problem solving.
- Excellent team skills; collaborative, open-minded, adaptable.
- Motivation to self-advance and grow within the company.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Repetitive movement, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
