About the Role
Part-Time CNA Staff Coordinator to organize and support CNA staffing for home care and medical facilities across North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate CNA staffing needs by matching caregivers to client requirements.
- Confirm and manage caregiver assignments to ensure coverage.
- Provide responsive, on-the-ground support while traveling locally using a company vehicle.
- Maintain accurate staffing and client records.
- Assist with onboarding and related caregiver support.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and clients to support reliable care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current CNA credentials and strong knowledge of caregiver responsibilities.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and recordkeeping skills.
- Strong communication and customer-focused, compassionate approach.
- Ability to coordinate multiple staffing needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Comfort working in a field-based role with local travel.
