Investor Relations Associate

About the Role

The Investor Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective investors in the real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present investment proposals, reports, and updates.
• Ensure clear and timely communication on project performance, market trends, and opportunities.
• Analyze property and market data.
• Support due diligence activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align investment offerings with client needs.
• Respond to investor queries.
• Coordinate meetings and site visits.
• Maintain accurate records of investor interactions.
• Contribute to investor outreach and engagement initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial modeling.
• Familiarity with CRM or investor management tools is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong investor relations skills, with experience managing and maintaining long-term relationships with individual and institutional investors.
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial, market, and property-related data to support investment decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and client-facing interaction.
• Understanding of investments and private equity concepts, particularly in the context of real estate and alternative assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA level progress) are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in real estate, investment advisory, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
