About the Role
Responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end supply chain planning solutions. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities within the OMP platform, focusing on demand planning, supply planning, and scheduling. The OMP Consultant will leverage OMP Unison Planning, configure OMP modules, optimize planning workflows, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems (like SAP). Knowledge of the OPAL language is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Design and configure OMP Unison Planning applications (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling, and Transportation) to meet specific business needs.
- Unison Planning Expertise:
- Utilize OMP's Unison Planning concept, including modelling the network and creating a telescopic digital twin to synchronize planning functions.
- Solution Design & Testing:
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, develop workbooks, dashboards, and task flows, and perform testing of Unison functionality.
- Data Modeling:
- Set up solvers, ADM (Advanced Decision Making) rules, and control tables to improve planning analytics.
