About the Role
We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated Content Creator to help bring our company culture, vision, and team environment to life. This is an opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, capturing authentic moments, and creating engaging content that showcases what makes a company special.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend one morning per week to capture team meetings, leadership development, training, and company culture.
- Attend one evening per week at team nights to capture the energy, team bonding, celebrations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for LinkedIn, social media, and company branding.
- Create engaging content that highlights our people, growth opportunities, team culture, and overall vision.
- Help tell our company's story through creative visuals and authentic storytelling.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Creative eye for photography and videography.
- Comfortable capturing candid moments and interacting with a team.
- Knowledge of social media content and trends.
- Someone with personality, initiative, and a passion for creativity.
- Experience with video editing and content creation is a plus.
