Intern

About the Role

• This is a full-time, 12-week internship for Summer 2027.
• Location: SeaTac, WA. Relocation may be required.
• This internship is designed for skill development and valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and immerse yourself in current HR systems and processes.
• Partner with the HR team to assist business groups with day-to-day support needs.
• Assist the HR team with strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvement.
• Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Review HR/company policies for accuracy, compliance, and clarity; propose updates.
• Create clear documentation and visual aids to support process changes and training.
• Support other HR projects as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
• Must have achieved junior or higher academic standing at the time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process mapping or workflow automation.
• Interest in organizational development and change management.
