- Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Voice and/or Chat channels
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Achieve process KPIs and productivity targets
- For Sales roles, identify customer needs and drive conversions
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (as applicable)
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (as per process)
