About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment function by assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles across K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, offering exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced education services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Posting job openings
- Managing applicant databases
- Scheduling and following up on interviews
- Maintaining accurate recruitment documentation
- Collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team to understand role requirements
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives
- Helping to provide a positive candidate experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to support full-life cycle recruiting and hiring activities, including job posting, sourcing, and candidate follow-up.
- Skills in recruiting and interviewing to assess candidate fit and assist hiring managers in selection decisions.
- Interest or experience in employer branding to help promote the organization across digital platforms and campus outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles, deadlines, and documentation accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using applicant tracking systems or HR databases is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for talent acquisition, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment.
