About the Role
Designation: Tele caller / Presales Executive
Location: Goregaon/Malad
Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone communication, lead generation, and site visit coordination for property developers and brokerages.
- Make outbound calls (cold and warm) to prospective buyers from database leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding ongoing residential or commercial projects.
- Understand customer budgets, preferred micro-locations (e.g., Malad-Goregaon, Thane), and property requirements.
- Pitch project USPs and invite interested clients for site visits.
- Coordinate meetings with the sales closing team.
- Log daily call outcomes, update customer profiles, and track follow-ups in the company CRM software.
- Nurture existing leads through periodic calls, WhatsApp updates, and sharing brochures or pricing sheets.

Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; a graduation degree (B. Com, BMS, BA) is preferred.
- Experience: Open to freshers with good communication skills.
- 1 to 2+ years of prior experience in real estate presales, BPO, or telesales is a strong advantage.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, Gujrati.

Compensation Range: 15,000 to 30,000 per month, supplemented by performance incentives.
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday with 1 weekly off).
Work Arrangement: Primarily Work from Office across hubs like Goregaon, Malad, Thane.
