Retail Associate, (Jasola)

About the Role

Nike is seeking a Retail Associate (referred to as a "Nike Direct Athlete") for its company-owned store in Jasola, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to consumers using four service principles: KNOW (build authentic connections), EQUIP (share product and service knowledge), ENGAGE (invite consumers to interact with Nike), and INSPIRE (create emotional brand connections).
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store Athlete roles, including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom.
• Deliver exceptional service and attention to all consumers.
• Assist in executing daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.
• Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates.
• Be an active member of the store community, attending and supporting store events.
• Model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours and days to meet business needs.
• Maintain knowledge of various store departments.
• Operate the cash register for regular transactions.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock the floor.
• Perform cleaning duties.
• Build visual displays when necessary.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Secondary school qualification.
• Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
• Physical requirements: ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
