About the Role
- Support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments.
- Operate effectively in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts.
- Monitor production data pipelines on a 24×7 basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial incident triage and severity classification.
- Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures.
- Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting.
- Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Demonstrated ability to support ADF.
- Demonstrated ability to support Azure SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to support Databricks.
- Demonstrated ability to support Snowflake.
- Demonstrated ability to support PBI.
- Experience in production environments.
