About the Role
Capita is hiring for a 6-month Apprenticeship Training Program in Pune (Hybrid). This program offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop essential soft skills, Verbal & Written communication skills, and knowledge in Business Operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently located in Pune.
- Immediate joining required.
- Must have a bank account.
- Hybrid role.
Qualifications
- HSC, Graduates, or Post Graduates who are freshers.
- Excludes Diploma, B.E., and B.Tech candidates.
Stipend
- Up to INR 14,000 per month for Graduates.
- INR 12,000 per month for Undergraduates.
Work Schedule
- 5 days working: Monday to Friday.
- Fixed shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Saturday & Sunday Off.
