About the Role
We are hiring Freshers for a Non-Voice Process at our Chennai location.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational tasks and support team activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word) for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Conduct internet-based research and gather relevant data from various sources.
- Analyze information and provide insights based on research findings.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and contribute to project success.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good Internet, Research & Analytical skills.
- Exposure to searching in social media links.
- Flexible in working with Rotational Shifts.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
