About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect position in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior architects in developing architectural concepts.
• Prepare drawings and refine design details for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Create and update CAD models.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and design documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors on design-related inputs.
• Assist with site visits, measurements, and progress reviews.
• Ensure designs are accurately translated into built form.
• Collaborate with the project team.
• Adhere to timelines.
• Comply with design standards and local regulations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfort with new digital tools.
• Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, BIM platforms, and digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Strong visual, spatial, and technical drawing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn from feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent architectural qualification from an accredited institution.
• Understanding of sustainable design practices and local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
