About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based in Chennai.
• The role involves providing comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative, preventive, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, scaling and polishing.
• Advise patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff.
• Participate in patient education.
• Manage follow-up care.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful clinic experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clinical dentistry skills, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic care.
• Proficiency in preventive dentistry, patient education on oral hygiene, and management of common dental conditions.
• Sound knowledge of infection control practices, sterilization protocols, and clinic safety standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills, including accurate record-keeping and time management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Valid dental license/registration in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Prior experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training may also be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai during full-time clinic hours, with flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs.
