About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Student role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams in Engineering and IT domains.
- Perform data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Assist in developing and testing solutions under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Participate in research activities.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives across relevant projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Learn and apply industry best practices.
- Contribute to ongoing client engagements.
Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical and business requirements.
- Possess foundational knowledge in engineering or IT disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer science, or related fields.
- Possess proficiency in basic software tools and productivity applications, such as MS Office and collaborative platforms.
- Possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.
- Possess a learning mindset, adaptability, and the ability to follow structured processes and quality standards.
- A bachelor’s degree or ongoing postgraduate studies in engineering, technology, or a related discipline from a recognized institution are preferred.
Relevant academic projects, internships, or certifications in automation, digital technologies, or domain-specific tools are beneficial.
