About the Role

The Founder's Office Intern — Product & Strategy at EduRankAI will work closely with the founding team on strategic initiatives and product development in a fast-paced, experimental environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Raipur Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and user research.
• Analyze data and trends.
• Support product roadmap design.
• Prepare strategic briefs and internal documentation.
• Design and test new product features.
• Collaborate on go-to-market plans.
• Contribute to high-level decision-making across learning systems, AI tools, and education products.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical and research abilities, including market analysis, user research, and competitive benchmarking.
• Exposure to product thinking and strategy, such as defining problem statements, mapping user journeys, and prioritizing features.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, basic quantitative analysis, and structuring insights into clear recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise memos, presentations, and documentation for leadership.
• High degree of ownership, curiosity about AI and education technology, and willingness to work in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and work on-site full time in the Greater Raipur Area.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, economics, business, data science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Compensation structure: Net-Profit Share only.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in startups, consulting projects, product clubs, or strategy roles is a plus but not required.
