About the Role

The Graduate Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The trainee will support day-to-day sales and marketing initiatives, including face-to-face customer interactions, campaign execution, and brand representation for client organizations. This role is designed to build a strong foundation in business development, leadership, and operations within a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Team-oriented mindset with potential for leadership, including collaboration, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional.
• A degree in business, marketing, management, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and maintaining a professional demeanor in client-facing situations.
• Basic analytical and organizational skills to track activities, report performance, and manage time effectively.
