Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern with knowledge of the IT field, specifically in application design and development. This is an unpaid internship that offers valuable hands-on experience in HR recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job roles on various platforms.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
• Make cold calls to prospective students.
• Assist in the overall recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the development and design teams to understand the specific requirements for each role.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma.
• 1+ years of work experience with Strategic Human Resource Planning.
• Basic knowledge of human resources principles, administrative processes, or general business operations, with a strong willingness to learn talent acquisition workflows, onboarding, and employee engagement practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (preferred).

Preferred but not required

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of Human Resources Services experience.
• 1+ years of work experience with Interviewing.
