About the Role
Haystack Analytics is offering a training-to-hire program for fresh graduates passionate about building a career in sales and business development within the healthcare and diagnostics industry.
Program Structure
Phase 1: Classroom Training
- Location: Navi Mumbai (3 Days)
- Company, healthcare industry & genomics diagnostics overview
- Product portfolio & molecular diagnostic solutions
- Healthcare sales training, doctor interaction & pitching skills
- Grooming & field-readiness sessions
- Product-based and final evaluation assessments
- Travel reimbursement: Up to ₹2,500 (proof to be submitted) for participants travelling from outside the training city.
Phase 2: On-Field Training
- For candidates shortlisted after Phase 1
- Hospital & diagnostic centre visits
- Doctor meetings and real client interactions
- Territory management & field execution alongside Regional Sales Managers
- Real-time healthcare sales exposure
- Stipend: ₹1,000 per day will be provided only to candidates who complete the full 9-day Phase 2 training.
Upon Successful Completion
- Industry Training Certificate from Haystack Analytics
- Full-time job offer based on final evaluation & feedback

Qualifications
- Graduates from Bachelor of B. Pharm, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genomics, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences & allied fields.
Important Notes
- Stipend: Awarded only upon successful completion of the entire training program. Participants who discontinue midway are not eligible.
- Travel reimbursement: Up to ₹2,500 for participants travelling from outside the training city (subject to submission of valid travel proofs).
- Accommodation: Participants are requested to arrange their own stay and accommodation.
- Hiring Locations: Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad.
