Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through suitable outreach channels.
- Communicate with prospects, conduct calls, and manage follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and build positive relationships.
- Present relevant offerings, handle objections, and support sales conversions.
- Maintain clear communication and follow up consistently throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
- Open to students and freshers with an interest in sales and business development.
- Strong verbal communication, confidence, persistence, and willingness to learn.
- Previous sales experience is not mandatory; a proactive and customer-focused attitude is valued.
- This is a remote, full-time role.
Compensation
- Monthly fixed salary of ₹20,000.
- 10% commission on eligible sales or conversions.
