Role: PPC Apprentice
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on PPC Apprentice with practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. We need someone who understands campaign execution, analyses performance data, and makes data-driven optimisation decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage keywords, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversions, CPA/CPL, and ROAS.
- Verify conversion tracking, GA4 basics, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and creative experiments to improve campaign performance.
- Analyse results and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with key insights and next steps.
- Collaborate with the team on ad creatives, landing pages, and lead-quality optimisation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Ability to explain campaigns you have personally executed and the results achieved.
- Understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, and optimisation.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Good to Have
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience in lead generation, A/B testing, remarketing, and landing-page optimisation.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
What Success Looks Like
Accurate campaign execution, responsible budget management, reliable tracking, continuous experimentation, and measurable improvements in campaign performance.
This is a practical, hands-on role. Candidates should be prepared to walk through campaigns they have personally managed. Certifications alone are not sufficient.
