Founder's Intern

About the Role

Qalalabs is urgently looking for a smart, proactive, research-oriented, and hardworking Founder's Intern to work closely with the founder on business development, market research, social media management, and client coordination. This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in the wellness industry, startups, business strategy, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify business growth opportunities.
• Manage and engage across LinkedIn, Reddit, and Instagram.
• Research market trends, consumer behaviour, and industry developments.
• Assist the founder with daily business operations and strategic tasks.
• Coordinate with clients, manage communication, and maintain professional relationships.
• Handle multiple projects, follow-ups, and deadlines efficiently.
• Support brand-building, networking, and business development initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, and digital market trends.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in client interactions.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Punctual, hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals are welcome.
• Interest in wellness, psychology, mental health, or startup ecosystems is an advantage.
• Proactive mindset, adaptability, and a willingness to work directly with the founder.

Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

Work Mode: Hybrid Option Available

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Stipend: Up to ₹10,000/month
