About the Role

A full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in South East Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in developing architectural concepts.
• Prepare drawings and produce detailed design documentation.
• Assist with schematic and detailed design.
• Update CAD and BIM models.
• Prepare presentation materials.
• Coordinate with consultants under guidance.
• Participate in site visits.
• Perform basic measurements and documentation of project progress.
• Assist with design revisions.
• Maintain project files.
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong drafting and visualization skills.
• Basic experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools and workflows.
• Ability to support Project Management activities: organizing project documentation, tracking tasks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and basic construction practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and understanding of building systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based studio environment.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.
