About the Role
We are seeking a smart, creative, and business-minded individual to work closely with our founders and support multiple brands. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, comfortable with AI tools, and enjoys generating ideas that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram accounts and social media content for multiple brands.
- Utilize AI tools to create engaging content, captions, creatives, and marketing material.
- Send client reminders, follow-ups, and coordinate daily activities.
- Assist founders with administrative and operational tasks.
- Research market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Develop creative marketing ideas and strategies to attract new customers.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good understanding of marketing principles, branding, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of basic finance concepts.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms.
- Creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
- Punctual, organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Opportunity for Full-Time Conversion
- Full-time conversion will be performance-based.
- Full-time position requires relocation to Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Job Type: Paid Part-Time
Working Hours: 4–5 hours/day | Monday–Friday
Work Arrangement: Remote | Flexible Hours
