About the Role
Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to join our team as Crew Members. We offer a unique fast-food experience focused on real food, prepared by hand daily. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand daily.
- Work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Learn how to cook.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members).
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
Qualifications
- Experience is not required.
- Previous experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is a plus.
