- Prepare rolling monthly forecasts for headcount, non-labor expense, and capital expenditure.
- Produce monthly variance analysis (actuals vs. operating plan vs. forecast) and recommend actions.
- Partner on Annual Planning and Mid-Year Refresh, coordinating the planning cycle and building planning models.

- Track business line utilization of shared equipment and square footage.
- Enable the Leadership Operating Cadence by helping keep the leadership team informed and aligned.
- Help define KPIs for organizational health, service performance, and team growth, and build report-outs for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Organize leadership meetings, capture decisions, and follow action items.
- Build Scalable Processes and Tools, aiming to improve efficiency and automation.
- Design dashboards, trackers, and automations across systems like Oracle, Anaplan, Foundry, Google Sheets/Excel, and BI tools.
- Utilize AI tools to remove manual work.
- Identify and help fix gaps in data and systems.
