About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications and data platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations, cloud technology, and data analytics to optimize system usability, process automation, compliance, and workflow efficiency across organizational teams and platforms.

- System Design & Workflow Optimization: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution design, user interface optimization, and the implementation of data validation rules aligned with business requirements and operational workflows.
- Data Management & Governance: Review, clean, extract, and validate data across Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and external enterprise platforms. Maintain data hygiene, handle bulk data migrations, and enforce data governance standards.
- Analytics & Reporting Support: Perform exploratory data analysis and generate routine summary reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance, data accuracy, operational KPIs, and pipeline trends.
- Integration & Security Compliance: Ensure data collection, API integrations, and user access control adhere to security standards, industry compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2), and governance policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, IT teams, Technical Architects, and Operations leads to ensure seamless system performance, timely release deployment, and reliable technical deliverables.
