About the Role

Bring your creativity to a growing technology startup and help shape how people discover Techneco. Techneco is seeking college juniors and seniors who want practical experience in digital marketing, social media, and startup growth. You’ll help build awareness of Techneco, its app, and its developing applications and software. Work closely with the team, contribute fresh ideas, and see how your efforts connect to audience engagement, product discovery, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Help plan and create social media content.
• Support campaigns promoting Techneco’s services and products.
• Connect with potential beta testers and early users.
• Research relevant events, communities, and outreach opportunities.
• Track engagement and recommend improvements.
• Bring ideas to team discussions and help put them into action.

Qualifications

• College juniors and seniors who are creative, organized, comfortable taking initiative, and interested in marketing technology products.
• Curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

Schedule and Progression

• Up to 10 hours per week, with scheduling agreed before participation.
• Begin with a 30-day period focused on learning, contribution, and mutual fit, followed by an official internship upon successful completion.
• Compensation for required training and business work will be agreed individually before participation. Arrangements may include negotiated flat payments at the beginning and end of the month.
• This is an opportunity to build practical experience and grow alongside Techneco, with potential for expanded responsibilities and future employment as the company develops.
