Analyst

About the Role

The Analyst role at svl hi connectors is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Analyst will collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate insights that support business decisions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Conduct trend and variance analysis.
• Assist in the development of analytical models and business cases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Document findings.
• Present clear, concise recommendations to management.
• Monitor key performance indicators.
• Identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, business intelligence or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
• Ability to create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and methodologies.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quantitative analysis and data interpretation.
• Solid understanding of business processes, operations, or finance, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in an analyst, business intelligence, or similar role is preferred.
• Internships or academic projects in analytics are a plus.
