About the Role

Support Zuora Consulting efforts within PwC's Finance practice, helping clients leverage Quote-to-Revenue capabilities to enhance operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and ongoing support. Build skills by contributing to client work, adapting to project needs, asking questions, and taking ownership of assigned tasks while delivering value. Work across a range of business application activities, interpret client needs, and support software adoption and usage across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Zuora Quote-to-Revenue implementation tasks across client projects.
• Analyze client finance operations and revenue processes to identify configuration needs.
• Configure and test Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, and Zuora Revenue features.
• Assist with revenue recognition automation workflows and related system setup.
• Prepare documentation for process flows, solution changes, and testing outcomes.
• Respond to client questions and resolve system issues during implementation and support activities.
• Gather information from users and stakeholders to translate business needs into platform requirements.
• Apply digital tooling knowledge to improve finance process efficiency and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Master of Business Administration degree.
• Familiarity with Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, or Zuora Revenue.
• Experience with revenue recognition automation and digital tooling.
• Applied finance operations knowledge across order-to-cash processes.
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and build commercial awareness.
• Strong communication, active listening, and clarifying questioning skills.
• Adaptability, ownership, and ability to contribute quality work.
