Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying and engaging prospective learners, institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups using approved communication channels.
• Understand prospect requirements, explain suitable education offerings, and coordinate the next steps.
• Maintain accurate activity updates, lead information, and follow-up schedules in internal systems.
• Work with the team to improve outreach approaches and contribute toward daily and weekly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant exposure are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Confidence in speaking with new people, asking questions, and handling basic objections.
• Interest in sales, business development, education, or technology-enabled learning.
• Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and work responsibly in a target-oriented environment.

This is a paid, full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore for 3 months with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, providing hands-on exposure to sales operations in the education technology industry.
