About the Role
Handle employee queries through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate Flexible Work Approval requests as per defined guidelines.
- Review and process leave-related requests in compliance with company policies and regional requirements.
- Manage employee data updates and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
- Own cases end-to-end and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for approvals, escalations, and query resolution.
- Review supporting documents and perform quality checks before processing requests.
- Interpret HR policies and provide guidance to employees.
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to SOP updates.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
