SEO Intern

About The Role

We're looking for an SEO + Social Media Management Intern to build a strong foundation in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), while also engaging in social media strategy and content ideation. This is an opportunity for individuals early in their careers to gain hands-on experience across the analytical and creative aspects of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with on-page and off-page SEO tasks for client and internal websites.
• Learning and contributing to AEO/GEO strategies for AI-driven search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.).
• Researching and assisting in building marketing strategies for community platforms (Reddit, Quora).
• Tracking and reporting website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC).
• Brainstorming content ideas and creative angles for social media.
• Supporting the social media team with post ideation, planning, and basic design/creative inputs.
• Assisting with keyword research, content briefs, and competitor analysis.
• Staying updated on SEO/social media trends and contributing fresh ideas.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and strategies.
• Interest in building a career in SEO, AEO, and GEO.
• Curiosity about brand growth on platforms like Reddit and Quora.
• Comfort with tools like GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Strong ideation skills for creative content planning.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Familiarity with Canva or any other basic design/image creation tool.
• Prior experience managing a personal or college social media page/blog.
• Basic understanding of content writing or copywriting.
