About the Role
Strive Solutions is seeking an Electrical BIM Specialist to support electrical construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain 3D BIM models for electrical systems.
- Coordinate electrical layouts with other disciplines to support integrated designs.
- Prepare and support the production of construction drawings for commercial, industrial, and transportation projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to identify and resolve clashes.
- Support constructability reviews and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Entry-level experience or training in BIM and electrical design coordination.
- Proficiency with BIM/modeling tools and the ability to produce drawing sets.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and layout coordination across disciplines.
- Ability to troubleshoot model issues and support clash detection/coordination.
