About the Role

Sann Consulting is seeking a welcoming and dependable female Receptionist (Front Office) to support smooth day-to-day visitor handling and front-desk operations at its Bangalore location. This opportunity is open to female freshers with basic computer knowledge who are ready to join immediately. Candidates selected for the next stage will attend a face-to-face interview. Applicants from KR Puram and nearby areas within approximately 2–3 km are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, candidates, clients, and employees professionally.
• Manage incoming calls, messages, and front-office correspondence.
• Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments and meeting-room requirements.
• Support basic administrative work, document handling, data entry, and email communication.
• Keep the reception area organised and provide timely assistance to visitors and internal teams.
• Participate in the face-to-face interview process when shortlisted.

Requirements & Tech Stack
