About the Role
Lane is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented RTO Operations Intern to support RTO-related activities in Bengaluru. This internship offers hands-on experience in driving licence processes, vehicle documentation, field operations, and coordination with RTO officials and internal teams. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable with field visits, and interested in operations and the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with RTO-related processes, including Learner’s Licence (LL), Driving Licence (DL), vehicle registration, and other documentation.
- Identify and resolve documentation issues to ensure smooth execution of RTO processes.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Success teams to provide timely updates on applications.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, documents, and process updates.
- Support day-to-day RTO operations and follow required procedures and guidelines.
- Build professional working relationships with RTO officials and other stakeholders.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers welcome.
- Candidates interested in operations, RTO services, driving schools, or the automobile industry are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of documentation and administrative processes is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and work on-site.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and pay attention to detail.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
