About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Dinoxo, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, email management, talent management, and HR branding. Your role will be crucial in identifying top talent, managing candidate communication, and enhancing our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and provide support to the HR team as needed.
- Manage email correspondence with candidates and maintain a professional and timely response rate.
- Contribute to HR branding initiatives by creating engaging content for social media and company website.

Additional Information:
- Stipend: 15K per month + incentive
- Job offer upon successful conversion: Salary of 240,000 to 300,000/year + incentive
