About the Role
The WordPress Developer intern will support the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress-based websites and landing pages for The Tech Bulletins. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuring themes and plugins
- Customizing layouts
- Optimizing site performance
- Ensuring responsive design across devices and browsers
- Assisting with troubleshooting technical issues
- Implementing SEO-friendly structures
- Collaborating with content and design teams to deliver user-friendly experiences
Requirements & Tech Stack
- WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- HTML
- CSS
- Basic JavaScript
- Basic PHP
- Database concepts
- Basic SEO principles
- Website performance optimization
- Cross-browser compatibility
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Web Development.
- Front-End Development skills.
- Back-End Web Development familiarity.
- Web Design and Responsive Web Design capabilities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior project work, portfolio, or GitHub contributions related to WordPress or web development are highly beneficial.
