Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition in a fast-growing edtech organization, with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and contribute to building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end hiring activities.
• Source candidates.
• Screen applications.
• Schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions.
• Manage communication with applicants.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Recruitment skills, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate pipelines.
• Hiring and Interviewing skills to support selection processes and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
• Employer Branding awareness to assist in promoting BrightCHAMPS as an attractive workplace.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, applicant tracking tools, or HR systems.
• Interest in the edtech sector.
• Passion for supporting mission-driven, learning-focused organizations.
