Key Responsibilities
- Handling voice-based interactions with employees and internal HR teams.

- Reviewing and verifying employee leave requests and supporting documents.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identifying discrepancies in employee records and escalating concerns.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee information.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling voice calls and employee interactions.
- Good listening skills and customer service orientation.
- Empathy, patience, and a professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Candidates from BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process, HR Operations, and International Voice Process backgrounds are welcome.
