The Technology group of Azim Premji Foundation is undertaking digital initiatives across Field, University, Healthcare, and Philanthropy to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. These initiatives involve deploying numerous mobile and web applications for members and partners.
Job Description
The primary charter of a Frontline Technology Associate (FTA) is to enable the adoption of technology applications by diverse users within the Foundation and partner organizations, including field members, leaders, community volunteers, healthcare professionals, educators, and university staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the process and operations of the assigned domain (e.g., teacher development, community healthcare, university admissions).
- Understand the working of assigned technology applications.
- Prepare user guides/videos.
- Set up applications and data.
- Train users.
- Support users.
- Track adoption.
- Analyze data captured in the application and prepare reports and graphs.
Qualifications
- Graduates with prior exposure in the domains of education, healthcare, or any development sector are preferred.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfort working with users who may have less prior exposure to technology (e.g., community volunteers, health workers).
- Proficiency in using technology tools: mobile apps, web apps, reporting tools, Microsoft/Google productivity tools, multimedia tools.
- Willingness to travel and work in remote field locations.
- Effective communication skills in one or more Indian languages.
