About the Role
Two Technical Interns are required to accelerate the deployment and verification of custom IVR flows for the HDFC Bank enterprise voice platform integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate HDFC Bank call-tree specifications into visual configurations on our Voice Platform.
- Configure DTMF/TTS prompts.
- Perform end-to-end call testing across all conditional and fallback routing paths.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/BCA students or graduates.
- Strong logical reasoning.
- Flow-diagram comprehension.
- Basic understanding of APIs.
- Basic understanding of testing.
