About the Role
NES Advantage, a part of the NES Fircroft Group, provides workforce solutions to global engineering sectors including Renewables, Alternative Energy, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Infrastructure, and Mining. They offer outsourced solutions in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO/MSP).
Key Responsibilities
- Search and Selection: Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current vacancies.
- Social Media Engagement: Actively posting and creating content (posts and video material) on company social media channels.
- Formatting CVs.
- Interviewing candidates and preparing interview notes.
- Submitting suitable candidates' CVs and interview notes to clients within defined timeframes.
- Arranging interviews upon client request.
- Preparing candidates for interviews.
- Obtaining feedback on candidates from clients.
- Acting as a key contact in negotiations between clients and successful candidates on job offers.
- Proactive marketing of existing hot candidates.
- Logging jobs onto websites.
- Identifying new business potential.
- Adding and updating candidates on Bullhorn.
- Writing job advertisements.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients and contractors.
- Updating interview and vacancy databases.
- Preparing monthly reporting to Fircroft.
- Contributing to company branding.
