About the Role
The Content Writer Intern role at MyFirstAd is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role offers hands-on exposure to agency workflows, content planning, and performance-focused digital marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and refine web and social media content, blog posts, and marketing copy aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Conduct research on industry topics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support content strategies.
- Write clear, engaging, and accurate content for various digital channels.
- Assist with basic proofreading and formatting.
- Optimize content for SEO under guidance.
- Participate in team discussions to brainstorm new content ideas and campaign concepts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Web Content Writing skills
- General Writing skills for digital platforms
- Foundational Content Strategy skills
- Foundational Research skills
- Careful Proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media trends
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is beneficial
- Ability to learn quickly, take feedback positively, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship experience in content writing or a portfolio of writing samples is an advantage.
