About the Role
Wipro is hiring for a Non-Voice Backend Process role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle backend data entry and documentation.
- Verify and update customer information.
- Process requests accurately within defined timelines.
- Maintain data quality and follow SOPs.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Non-voice backend process.
- Comfortable working as per the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Willingness to work from the office is mandatory.
- Flexible to travel between Gurugram and Noida office locations as per business requirements.
Qualifications
- Freshers only.
- Graduates from BBA, BA and B.Com are eligible.
- BE /BTech/MBA/MCA /BCA/BCS are not eligible.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Important Work Requirements
- 100% Work From Office. No Work From Home or Hybrid facility.
- Regular shift: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- One week of night shift once every two months.
- Work Location: Candor TechSpace, Sector 48, Gurugram or Boulevard Tech Park, Noida.
