Job Title: Data Center Operations Internship
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily data center inventory and material records.
- Maintain and verify inventory of servers and hardware components, including RAM, processors, NVMe, SSD, HDD, GPUs, chassis, cables, and other server parts.
- Check material availability and maintain updated inventory records.
- Maintain rack information, rack allocation, and server placement details.
- Coordinate with data center teams for daily operations and material-related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for material delivery.
- Track courier shipments and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Perform operating system (OS) installation.
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of server hardware and components.
- Understanding of data center operations and rack management.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows OS installation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and data center teams.
