About the Role

As an Apprentice - Store Operations at Marks & Spencer (M&S), you will assist customers, maintain store standards, and learn the basics of store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable products.
• Store Standards:
• Support visual merchandising by following guidelines for product displays.
• Ensure products are handled carefully and organized correctly on shelves.
• Basic Operations:
• Learn store procedures for tasks like stocking, housekeeping, and cashiering.
• Assist with basic cashier duties when needed.
• Growth & Learning:
• Take part in on-the-job training sessions to improve skills and grow within the role.
