About the Role

• Hiring Seasoned Senior Recruiters with exceptional communication skills for immediate openings.
• Location: Hyderabad, Santosh Nagar Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying top talent across diverse domains.
• Working with direct clients and managing candidate pipelines.
• Negotiating rates and salaries with candidates.
• Identifying ideal candidates for job descriptions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven track record as a recruiter in the US Staffing industry.
• Extensive experience sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through multiple channels.
• Deep understanding of various US work visas and tax terms, including W2 (GC, EAD, etc.).
• Proficient in using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other sourcing tools (social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Skilled in working with direct clients.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to find common ground and close deals effectively.
• Creative and strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities, especially for niche roles.
• Capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Persistent and goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejection and maintain productivity.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with technical interviews to assess IT skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) or equivalent.
• Prior experience with direct Non-IT Clients and agency recruitment is essential.
