About the Internship

Medinex Workforce utilizes modern AI tools for tasks like summarizing profiles, extracting key details from resumes, and drafting initial replies. This internship focuses on building and testing small AI-powered features to ensure their accuracy and consistency in real business scenarios. You will learn how to effectively use and evaluate language models for business tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Build prototypes using Python and LLM APIs, including resume summarizers, data extractors, and simple chatbots.
• Write, test, and refine prompts for accurate and consistent outputs.
• Evaluate AI answers for accuracy, consistency, and bias, and record the results.
• Prepare, clean, and label sample data for testing prototypes.
• Explore automation ideas such as resume parsing, email drafting, and text classification.
• Train and test basic machine learning models with Scikit-learn where needed.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control.
• Document every experiment and finding, and share progress in daily check-ins and weekly reviews.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of basic machine learning ideas (training, testing, overfitting).
• Curiosity about how prompts shape the output of language models.
• Habit of testing ideas and recording observations.
• Clear written English for documentation.
• A laptop and stable internet connection for full-time remote work.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn (Nice to have).
• Exposure to LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (Nice to have).
• A GitHub project, Kaggle notebook, or AI experiment you built (Nice to have).

Qualifications

• Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc (CS, IT, Maths, Statistics), MCA, M.Sc, or related streams.
• Self-taught learners who can show a project or certificate.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not required.
• Must be available full-time for the internship period.
